ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

IMCO.US has warranted its products for defects in material and quality production for one year from the time of shipment the customer receives the products.

This warranty is limited to the repairing or the replacement of products through which IMCO.US investigation proves that they were defective at the time of shipment.

The repair or replacement of defective products as provided above is the sole and exclusive remedy allowed hereunder and the manufacturer shall not be liable for any further loss, damages, directly or indirectly rising from the sale or use of these products. Unauthorized repairs shall void this warranty.

This warranty applies to the proper installation, calibration and operating instructions supplied only by IMCO.US in the manuals issued with the products.

The express warranty set forth herein is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and all such warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded by the manufacturer.

There are no other warranties which go beyond those strictly defined herein above.

All Products applicable to this warranty shall be returned F.O.B. IMCO.US 9350 W. Laraway Road, Frankfort, IL 60423 U.S.A. for examination, repair or replacement.  All freight and custom fees must be paid.
