DIE-TRACKER PLUS AUTOMATICALLY SETS CONTROL LIMITS
               REQUIRES NO ADDITIONAL ADJUSTMENTS

The Die-Tracker Plus is a compact, durable automatic Load Monitor available for use on single point, two point and four point presses working at all speeds. They are adaptive learning microprocessor based Load Monitor Systems for press and die protection. No Continual programming makes this Load Monitor easy to operate. Turn the key lock selector switch located on the front panel to the By-Pass mode for the initial set up, make a good part, then turn to run. The Die-Tracker Plus will calculate and set limits, after sampling a part, within 8—12 press strokes. Each time the system is powered up it will keep in memory the last readings.

All Die-Tracker systems have the exceptional “tracking limits” as it’s standard systems package. A set of Bar Graphs display visually the tracking limits and hit to hit repeatability of the load while maintaining plus and minus 1% tolerances.

CHANGE DIE AFTER DIE AND NEVER MANUALLY SET LIMITS!

Die-Tracker Plus features it’s unique only set once and one set of limits for all channels. No knobs to turn or complicated, time consuming tolerance alarm switches to set for each channel. Limits do not have to be remembered or programmed.

Load Progression Bar Graphs give a quick visual reference showing how close the Die-Tracker load is approaching the learned limits. Ten LED Load Progression segments of the Bar Graphs offer a greater resolution for interpretation. Each segment between good to bad represents a specific change in load. When the press is forming parts at the optimum working condition the green lights are lit in the center of the Bar Graphs. Any variation will gradually change the color from green to yellow, which can be acceptable, to red, which would not be acceptable.

MODES OF OPERATION

PRESS LIMIT
The not to exceed calibrated press tonnage limit. It is always working and cannot be by-passed.

HI-LOW LIMITS
Limits that monitor above and below working load levels forming a quality window tolerance. They will allow for variation in material hardness or thickness in any one coil of material.

TRACKING LIMITS
The allowable hit to hit repeatable variation in tonnage. If the load changes more than the tracking limits, in any one single stroke, the system signals the press to stop. Tracking limits overlook gradual changes in load and allow tight tolerances of plus and minus one percent (1%). while not being affected by temperature change or stock.

PRE-SET PARTS COUNTER
Counts only parts made not strokes of the press. Will shut off press when the pre-et parts number is reached.

NORMAL OPERATION CAPABILITIES

There are The Six Page Selections in which the Die-Tracker Plus normally operates. When the press is running or not running, readings can be continually scrolled using the triangles on the face plate.

PAGES ONE THROUGH FIVE
Shows the status of the trend progression limits in relation to the high/low limits set.

PAGE SIX
Show the hit to hit repeatability of the limits set.
